Celebrating Dr. Ahmad Ascha’s Retirement
After decades of dedicated service to our community, we are happy to announce the retirement of our founder and senior gastroenterologist, Dr. Ahmad Ascha. Dr. Ascha has been a pillar of gastrointestinal care in our area since founding NCE in 1992. His commitment to patient care and expertise in digestive disorders has touched countless lives, and we celebrate his well-deserved retirement.

A New Chapter: Joining Great Lakes Gastroenterology
As we bid farewell to Dr. Ascha, we would like to announce that effective January 31st, NCE will be partnering with Great Lakes Gastroenterology (GLG) and all patient care will be transitioned to the GLG clinic. This partnership ensures that you will continue to receive the highest quality gastroenterology care without interruption. GLG is conveniently located down the street at 8877 Mentor Avenue Mentor, OH 44060.

Continuity of Care
We want to assure you that your care remains our top priority. Dr. Emily Carey, D.O., and Nurse Practitioner Aliye Marine will continue to see patients and welcome new ones at GLG.
